and not Small.

In practice, the most typical implementation of ventilation fans that you find in factories are the use of smaller wall hanging or
portable type fans designated for a single person or at most a single small area/zone. This approach requires  a large number
of small fans to be installed to get any adequate amount of  airflow required for a typical factory, which in turn would needlessly drive up the electricity bill.
